Refund policy GENERAL POLICY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
Exchange/ Refund on merchandise with a valid proof of purchase within 7 days following the date of purchase and the items must be as new (unused, uninstalled, returned in its original condition and packaging) with undamaged box and original pieces if there are any.
Reimbursement on deposit accepted within 7 days following the initial date of the deposit If merchandise presents manufacturer's defects or missing piece(s) upon purchase, client should report this to us within 24 hours of the purchase date.
Exclusion applies to clearance items, demonstrators and damages from exterior causes.
Vanity Plus does not take responsibility for the damages on products once it leaves the warehouse.
Please note: All products for delivery or pick-up have already been 100% inspected before it leaves the warehouse. Vanity Plus reserves the right to refuse an exchange/ refund if one of the conditions is not respected.
We do not cover shipping fees.
Stocking fees will be charged starting at 30%.

Given the complexity of handling bulky and/or heavy products, Vanity Plus reserves the right to refuse a return of an accumulation of heavy and/ or bulky products (such as toilets, vanities, tubs, sinks, shower doors and bases) or charge a 30% re-stocking fee.

All deposits are non-refundable and exchangeable only for store stock/inventory only.
